Terms and Conditions: Kowboy Fence Text Messages

These terms cover text messages from Kowboy Fence Co. (“Kowboy Fence,” “we,” “us”). By ticking one of our texting boxes, you agree to them. Last updated: 10.09.2026.

What you get. Customers who tick the optional texting box on their Kowboy Fence agreement get texts about their own project: visit and install dates, crew arrival notices, schedule changes and payment reminders. If you ask us for a one-time signing code, we text it to the number you give us. People who tick the texting box on our website form get replies about their quote, plus our news and offers. People who tick the texting box when they book a free estimate get texts about their visit and project. Subcontractor installers who tick “OK to text me” in our sign-up packet get texts about work orders, their jobs, pay day and fixes needed. News and offers go only to people who agreed to them, either with the box on our website form or with a separate box on the agreement, at most 4 texts a month.

Cost and how often. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Saying yes is not a condition of any purchase or of working with us.

Your rights. You can stop at any time: reply STOP (or QUIT, END, CANCEL or UNSUBSCRIBE) to any text. You’ll get one text confirming, and no more. Reply START to say yes again. For help, reply HELP, call (615) 410-6120 or email info@kowboyfence.com.

Your part. Only give us a mobile number that is yours or that you are allowed to use. Tell us if your number changes or you stop using that phone.

Disclaimers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Texts can be late or not arrive for reasons outside our control, and we are not responsible for that. Do not rely on our texts for emergencies.

Privacy. How we handle your number: www.kowboyfence.com/privacy-policy. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding vendors and service providers acting on our behalf solely to deliver messages.

Changes. We may update these terms. The latest version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated.
